Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance & Settlement Coordinator role based in our Boca Raton office. The primary responsibilities of this position include analyzing large data sets, liaising with insurance companies, and overseeing the daily settlement closing process. Key tasks involve conducting online research, reaching out to insurance providers, performing data entry and analysis to identify trends, generating reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Additionally, this role will be involved in managing the settlement closing process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary follow-ups with stakeholders are completed. This includes coordinating with Paralegals to confirm that the settlement agreement has been received and is progressing through the closing stages.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant or Paralegal is preferred
- Experience in a law firm or with legal settlement closing processes is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and managing large data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
